Originally from France, Juliette Declercq studied international business before embarking on a global journey that led her to Nicaragua in 2014. During her nearly decade-long stay, she consulted and ran various businesses in real estate, hospitality, and tourism. Juliette successfully operated a sailing company, a boutique, and several bars and restaurants, gaining invaluable experience in business development, customer experience, and investment strategies.

In addition to her entrepreneurial ventures, Juliette worked with RE/MAX as a real estate agent, sharpening her skills in property sales, marketing, and client relations. She is now based in Bali, specializing in luxury villas, investment properties, and commercial properties across the Canggu, Uluwatu, and other key areas of the island.
