Why Investing in This Property

The rooftop and the beach path are what this villa is actually selling, and both are worth understanding properly.

A covered rooftop with an ocean view does two things. It is where the house is lived in at the end of the day, and it is the photograph that decides a booking. Covered matters more than it sounds: an uncovered roof terrace is unusable from eleven to four and unusable in the wet season, which is half the year.
